Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or refunds once a product has been opened or used.
You may be eligible for a return or replacement only if:
- You received a wrong product
- The product was damaged or leaked during delivery
- The product was expired at the time of delivery
Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Clear photo or video evidence must be provided showing the issue
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or opened products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Change of mind
- Personal reaction or allergy to a product
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
Please note that skin reactions vary from person to person, and ARDA is not responsible for individual sensitivities or allergies.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will offer a replacement or store credit
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
